WHAT YOU TRAIN IN K1 KICKBOXING

Training combines technical precision with movement and combat sports conditioning:

01

Boxing combinations

The jab, cross and hooks provide an important base. Learn to build combinations with control and finish in a stable position.

02

Kicks and knees

Practise kicks and knee techniques with attention to balance, hip movement, contact surface and a safe return to stance.

03

Changing distance

Connect hands and legs without losing control between techniques. Footwork and angles help you move between ranges.

04

Rhythm and reactions

Pad work and partner drills improve timing, reactions and your ability to adapt a combination to the situation.
